Mathilde Collin is the co-founder and CEO of Front, a leading customer communication startup that has raised $138 million in venture capital funding. I met Mathilde through Y-Combinator in 2014, to help her with her cap table. Since then, I watched this young Parisian grow into a CEO of 200-person company and a mother.
Mathilde is one of the most aware founders I know of. In this episode, we discuss managing anxiety as CEOs, going through hypnotherapy, and making a commitment to help everyone work happier (both customers and employees). What I admire the most about Mathilde is how she has been able to challenge the workplace status quo with honesty, empathy and radical transparency. I believe the learnings will be valuable to leaders in any field.
